Michael Martin is the Operating Partner at New Harbor Capital. As an Operating Partner, Michael collaborates with the management teams of portfolio companies to provide strategic guidance, leadership coaching, and operational expertise, leveraging his extensive experience across various industries.
Michael’s career spans senior leadership roles, including serving as CEO of Results Physiotherapy and United Medical Systems, where he successfully guided both organizations to notable growth and eventual exits. He was also the Founder and CEO of Raintree Oncology, leading its transformation into a successful oncology service provider before its acquisition by Cardinal Health. Earlier in his career, Michael held roles as COO at Medibuy and one of General Electric’s youngest executives under Jack Welch.
Michael earned his B.S. in Business from West Liberty State University and brings decades of leadership and operational experience to New Harbor’s portfolio companies.
