Javon Flatt is an Associate at New Harbor Capital. He assists in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and works with portfolio companies. Previously, he was an Associate on Baird’s healthcare team, working across both their Chicago and London offices. Prior to his time with Baird, Javon was an Associate at Kaufman Hall, providing both consulting and advisory services for hospitals and health systems. Javon earned his BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
