Dr. Rick Workman

Dr. Rick Workman is the Chair of the Executive Advisor Team, having over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and is highly regarded as a leader in the dental services industry. He is the Active Executive Chairman & Founder of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest dental service organization and a former CHS portfolio company. Previously, Dr. Workman spent several years as a national speaker and trainer for ProDentec, a manufacturer of hygiene products. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with degrees in Biological Science and a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Dr. Workman currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Ear, Nose, Throat & Plastic Surgery Associates and formerly served on the Board of PT Solutions.
