New Harbor Capital Welcomes New Operating Partner

New Harbor Capital (“New Harbor”) is excited to welcome Michael (“Mike”) Martin as an Operating Partner. In this role, Mike will provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies, assist with leadership development, and leverage his extensive industry experience and network to support the firm and its portfolio companies’ growth.

Mike Martin, Operating Partner
Mike brings decades of experience in executive leadership roles to his role as Operating Partner at New Harbor. He began his career at General Electric, where he became one of the Company’s youngest executives under Jack Welch. Over the years, he has held several senior leadership positions, including COO at Medibuy, President at Waveland Capital, and CEO at Tensys Medical. He founded Raintree Oncology and served as its CEO, successfully growing the business and ultimately selling it to Cardinal Health. Most recently, he served as CEO of United Medical Systems and Results Physiotherapy, guiding both organizations to successful exits. Mike currently serves as Executive Chair at Premier ENT & Allergy Partners and FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers.
Mike earned his B.S.B from West Liberty State University and currently resides in San Diego, CA, and McCall, ID, with his wife, three daughters, and two grandchildren
