New Harbor Capital Welcomes Five New Members to Team

Bo Mlnarik joins New Harbor Capital as a Vice President. He will be primarily responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and supporting the continued growth of our portfolio companies. Previously, Bo was a Senior Associate with Summit Partners in Boston, where he focused on investments in the healthcare services, healthcare technology and life sciences sectors. Prior to Summit, Bo worked for Robert W. Baird in Chicago in the Investment Banking Division. He graduated with a BS in Finance from Boston College and holds a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Raj Gottumukkala joins New Harbor Capital as an Associate. He will assist in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and will work with portfolio companies. Previously, he was an Analyst in William Blair’s healthcare group. Raj holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Ryan Seymour joins New Harbor Capital as an Associate. He will assist in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and will work with portfolio companies. Previously, he was an Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s healthcare group. Ryan earned his BBA in Finance with a Supplementary Major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Notre Dame.

Anna Delos Santos joins New Harbor Capital as the Executive Assistant and Data Analyst. She will manage New Harbor Capital’s CRM database and support the executive team. Previously, she worked as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager at a global consulting firm where she managed the company’s daily operations and lead the administrative team. She also worked directly with the CEO at Lombard International and Friends Fiduciary. Prior to that, she was a contractor at Google. Anna holds a BA in Science and Sociology from Quinnipiac University.

Hayley Formolo joins New Harbor Capital as the Marketing Manager. She will oversee all of the firm’s marketing, PR and communications activities. Previously, she worked for Schafer Condon Carter, a full-service advertising agency. Hayley holds a BA in Public Relations and Communications from the University of Southern California.
