New Harbor Capital Announces Sale of Fix-It Group

New Harbor Capital is pleased to announce the sale of Fix-It Group (“Fix-It” or “the Company”) to Two Parks Capital. New Harbor supported George Donaldson, founder of the Fix-It platform, in building an infrastructure to support accelerated growth by partnering with and helping improve HVAC businesses in attractive geographies. 

Fix-It, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Golden, CO, is a provider of non-discretionary residential-only maintenance, repair, and replacement services across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Company provides services throughout the Denver, Dallas, Charleston, and Phoenix metropolitan areas. 

During New Harbor’s ownership, Fix-It experienced transformative growth, growing revenue and profits more than five-fold. The Company expanded into three new high-growth metropolitan markets and completed six strategic acquisitions over a period of four and a half years.
