Scott Wendrych oversees FYZICAL’s franchise operations and marketing teams as Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer. Scott first joined FYZICAL in 2020 as Chief Development Officer, bringing with him over 16 years of franchise experience. Scott began his journey as a franchisee and was instrumental in the growth of the Fitness Together franchise brand, which grew to more than 400 U.S. locations and expanded internationally. He led the launch of the Elements Massage franchise brand and also served as the Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer for WellBiz Brands Inc. A graduate of Arizona State, Scott received his degree in Operations Management.

Dr. Rick Douglass, PT, Chief Clinical Officer, FYZICAL

Dr. Rick Douglass, PT, leads FYZICAL’s 60 Company Clinic locations as well as FYZICAL’s Education Team as Chief Clinical Officer. As a private practice owner for more than 13 years, Rick started his career with FYZICAL as an early franchisee. He has also served the company as the National Director of Education and spent the last seven years as the President of Franchise Operations. Rick has earned an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Certification and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Clinically, he specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and spine dysfunction. Rick is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently the Director of Practice for the Florida Chapter.
