New Harbor Capital Portfolio Company Fix-It Group Hires Marketing Leader
New Harbor Capital is excited to announce that portfolio company Fix-It Group (“Fix-It”, “the Company”) has hired Eric Hauser as the Vice President of Marketing. As VP of Marketing, Eric will support each of Fix-It Group’s branches in optimizing marketing spend through ROI-based campaigns, focusing on local lead generation.
Fix-It is a provider of non-discretionary home maintenance, repair, and replacement services across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The Company serves the Denver, Dallas, Charleston, and Phoenix Metropolitan Areas. Fix-It focuses on the residential home sector, providing around-the-clock services through a technically skilled and certified staff of technicians and installers.

Eric Hauser brings a wealth of marketing experience to his role as Vice President of Marketing, having held roles on both the agency and business side over his 20-plus-year career. A strong digital marketer, Eric has been a media buyer and strategist leveraging a breadth of digital tactics, including paid and organic, to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Most recently, Eric spent five years working with Neighborly, the home services franchisor, overseeing multiple brands and building the marketing framework to drive lead-generation efforts for hundreds of franchise owners. Eric received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s from Virginia Tech, with an undergraduate focus in Communications and Economics, and ultimately an M.B.A.
