New Harbor Capital Welcomes New Associate

New Harbor is excited to welcome a new Associate, Javon Flatt, to its Investment team. As an Associate, Javon will be responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities and working with New Harbor’s portfolio companies.

Javon Flatt, Associate

Javon previously was an Associate on Baird’s healthcare team, working across both their Chicago and London offices. Prior to his time with Baird, Javon was an Associate at Kaufman Hall, providing both consulting and advisory services for hospitals and health systems. He earned his BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
